Yin Yoga: Cultivating Stillness and Depth
Yin Yoga is a meditative and deeply restorative practice that targets the body’s connective tissues, ligaments, fascia, and joints to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall balance. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for extended periods, often three to five minutes or longer. Pranayama:The Art of Breathwork

- Kumbhaka: Breath retention to build focus and inner stillness
- Nadi Shodhana: Alternate nostril breathing for balance and mental clarity
- Kapalabhatti: Energizing breath to invigorate the body and clear the mind.

Wednesday Vinyasa Class
This is thoughtfully designed to guide you through every layer of your practice, offering a well-rounded and nurturing experience. Each session includes:
- Grounding and Centering: Begin with a restorative posture to anchor your mind an body.
- Gentle Warm-Up: Awaken and prepare your body for movement with fluid stretches an mindful transitions.
- Pranayama (Breathwork): Balance and harmonize your energy with focused breathing techniques.
- Energizing Flow: A creative sequence that includes sun salutations, standing an seated poses, core activation, backbends, and optional inversions all tailored to suit your level.
- Soothing Cool-Down: Relax with gentle stretches and restorative poses to wind down the practice.
- Shavasana: Complete your journey with deep relaxation. I enhance this sacred rest with guided meditation or marma/massage techniques for a blissful, restorative finish.
