1. How do I book a session?

Booking is easy! You can contact me via phone, email, or the contact form on my website to schedule your session. Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.

2. What are your pricing and cancellation policies?
  • Pricing for each service is listed on the respective pages of my website.
  •  I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation made within 24 hours may incur a charge.

4. Can I book online sessions?

Yes! Many of my services, such as life coaching, yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic consultations,can be conducted online via Zoom or similar platforms.


Yoga FAQs

Here are some common questions....

Bring a water bottle, and a small towel. All props are supplied, including yoga mats, blocks,

bricks, straps, eye pillows, bolster and blankets.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are a good idea,especially for slower-paced classes like Yin or Yoga Nidra, where you may want to stay warm during relaxation.

Absolutely! My classes are beginner-friendly, and I provide modifications for all poses to suit

different levels of experience and flexibility. I also run two beginners course a year.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled and ensure you’re ready when the session

begins.

Ayurvedic treatments are deeply relaxing and nourishing. Whether you’re receiving Abhyanga(warm oil massage), Shirodhara (oil therapy), or Udvartana (dry powder massage), the aim is to balance your body, mind, and spirit.

This depends on your goals. Some clients benefit from a few focused sessions, while others

prefer ongoing support to achieve long-term growth. We’ll discuss your needs during your initial session.

Yes, all sessions are completelycompletely confidential. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.

Massage FAQs

Here are some common questions....

  • Drink plenty of water before and after your session to stay hydrated.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing to make changing easier.
  • Avoid eating a heavy meal at least an hour before your massage.

At your first appointment, we’ll discuss your health history, any areas of concern, and your goals for the session. This helps me tailor the treatment to meet your specific needs.

No need to bring anything—just yourself! All oils, towels, and equipment are provided.
